TUNA PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. bottled hot sauce (green or red)
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna (drained)

Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion and hot pepper sauce. Gradually stir in tuna. Beat well with electric mixer until blended. Pack it in some kind of mold or bowl and chill at least 3 hours (or overnight). At serving time, unmold on serving plate.
