SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM | |
2 lbs. diced ham 5 lbs. sliced potatoes 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1 c. milk 1 stick butter Salt & pepper to taste Mix soups and milk. Use cake pan or casserole dish. Layer slices of butter, potatoes, ham and soup mixture. Continue layering the ingredients until gone. Do not stir. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. |
