CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken
8 oz. vermicelli
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
1 onion
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
Creole seasoning

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 jar Cheez Whiz
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to taste

Boil chicken with onion, carrot, and celery, and Creole seasoning. Bone chicken and chop. Strain broth. Remove 1 cup broth for sauce. Boil vermicelli in remaining broth. Drain. Cook broccoli; drain.

In saucepan over low heat, melt ingredients for sauce. Add cooked chicken, vermicelli, and broccoli. Put in casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
