FRUIT SALAD 
2 (16 oz.) cans (no sugar) fruit cocktail
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
2 med. apples
1 orange, peeled and cut up
1/2 c. nuts
6 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Drain fruit cocktail, use pineapple juice. Mix all fruit and stir in dry vanilla pudding. Stir well. Pudding thickens fruit juice.
