COMPANY POTATOES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
8 to 10 med. potatoes, cooked and drained
Milk
Garlic salt
1 to 2 tbsp. chopped chives (fresh or dried)
5 to 6 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream together. Gradually add hot potatoes; beat until fluffy and light (add milk if needed). Season with garlic salt and chives. Spoon into 2 quart casserole, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Brown in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Can make a day before and simply heat. Serves 8-10.
