3/4 lb. ground beef 1/2 packet taco seasoning 1/2 can condensed tomato soup 1 can chili or kidney beans Brown beef and drain. Stir seasoning, soup and beans into beef. Simmer while preparing topping. TOPPING: 1/2 c. biscuit mix 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar or American cheese 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes Combine all topping ingredients except parsley. Blend well. Pour meat into 2 quart casserole or 9" square pan. Spoon topping over meat. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown. Serves 4 generously. |
