CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. dried cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. heavy cream (can use Cool Whip) whipped
1 c. mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted almonds, coarsely chopped

In large bowl, toss chicken, with celery; parsley, salt, pepper to mix well.

Gently, fold in whipped cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and almonds until well combined.

Refrigerate until well chilled about 1 hour.
