BREAD PUDDING 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 c. boiling water
2 c. bread cubes (about 5 slices)
3 slightly beaten eggs
Pinch salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk with boiling water; set aside to cool. Add bread cubes. Add to milk and bread cubes 3 eggs and salt. Add vanilla and melted butter. Mix well and pour into casserole and set in pan of water. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
