PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker crust
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

TOPPING:

1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare graham cracker crust and line the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Beat cream cheese, one package at a time in mixer; add eggs, one at a time. Blend in sugar, vanilla and pineapple and pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix topping ingredients. Remove from oven, add topping and bake an additional 10 minutes.
