ECLAIRS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water, salt, butter and take off stove and add flour. Beat with wooden spoon until dough leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Then add eggs, one at a time. Beat with a wooden spoon after each addition until satin finish.

Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased (spray with Pam) pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly brown. Cool, cut off tops and scoop out inside.

FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
2/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Beat pudding mix with milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost with Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge Frosting.
