JEREMIAH'S PUMPKIN TORTE 
LAYER 1:

24 graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter

LAYER 2:

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

LAYER 3:

2 c. pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Remove from heat and add 1 envelope plain gelatin dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Beat until stiff:

3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar

Fold the egg white and sugar into the cooled pumpkin mixture. Then pour over cooled crust.

LAYER 4:

Top with Cool Whip.
