BRENDA'S BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. hot tap water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot tap water
4 c. unsifted "plain" flour
2 eggs (beaten first)

Mix everything in bowl; let stand 8 hours or overnight. Then take 1/3 of dough, put on floured board and knead. Roll out like pie crust and cut 8 pieces. Roll big end to small end for crescent. Put on cookie sheet; let rise 6 hours. Bake at 350 F. 12 minutes or until brown. Makes 24 crescents.
