MINT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 jar hot fudge topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 1/4 c. creme de mint

Mix cake as directed plus 1/4 cup cream de mint. Bake per box. Let cool. Top with hot fudge.

Mix other 1/4 cup cream de mint with Cool Whip and put over hot fudge.
