2 lg. pkg. Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

In 9x13 inch glass pan, slice 1 package dough and line ungreased pan. Mix all other ingredients (except other dough) until smooth. Pour over dough in pan. Slice other cookie dough and lay on mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
