CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Mix next four ingredients in saucepan, melt over heat. Bring to a rapid boil. While hot, pour over flour mixture and beat. Add remaining ingredients to mixture. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cake cool in pan. Frost.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add chopped nuts. Spread frosting over top of cooled cake.
