FIESTA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) refried beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced
1 c. sour cream
Round tortilla chips
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (11 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
2 green onions, diced

Brown meat and drain off fat. Add taco seasoning mix (no water). Mix and put in small casserole dish. Spread beans on top of meat, and then spread undiluted soup over the beans. Sprinkle with cheese and top with olives. Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and onions. Dip with the chips.
