CRUNCHY COATED POTATOES 
3 tbsp. butter
8 sm. potatoes, unpeeled, cut in halves
1/2 c. bread or corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion

Place butter in cup and microwave on high 30 seconds until melted. Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and onion on a sheet of wax paper. Dip potatoes in melted butter then roll in crumb mixture.

Place in 12x18 inch microwave dish. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high 15-18 minutes until tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
