CROWN CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
10 oz. hot Italian sausage
8 slices bacon
2 med. onions
1 med. green pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 pickled jalapenos
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans

Slice bacon into small pieces and fry, put in pot. Remove sausage from casings, break up into small pieces and fry; add to pot. Cook ground beef with onion, green pepper, and garlic; add to pot. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, water, spices, and jalapeno (chopped) to pot. Cook on low for 1-2 hours. Add beans and cook, covered, for 1/2 hour.
