2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Mazola corn oil
3 eggs
1 jar baby food, Jr. size plums
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes on high. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour at 375 degrees or until knife comes out clean.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together.
