JOSEPHINES 
1 lb. Bob Evans hot sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Velveeta
1 pkg. of rye or pumpernickel appetizer breads

Fry sausage & hamburger until no longer pink then drain thoroughly. Mix sausage, hamburger, chili powder & cheeses. Put in microwave for a minute at a time until cheese melts and all is blended well. Spread a tsp. of mixture onto each slice of appetizer bread.

Bake for 5-8 minutes @ 350°F.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
