1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (10 oz. reg.) or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

2. Add Rice Krispies cereal and chocolate chips and stir until well coated.
