MISSISSIPPI CORN BREAD 
1 c. meal
2 eggs
1 med. can niblet corn (8 oz.)
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Heat oil in iron skillet. Mix all ingredients. Pour hot oil into mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
