15 BEAN SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) 15 Beans Mix
2 qts. water
2-3 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste
16 oz. ham, chunked
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1 lemon

Rinse beans well. Place in large kettle, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain well. Cover with 2 quarts of water, add salt and pepper. Add ham and simmer for 3 hours, partially covered. Add onion and tomatoes. Add garlic and lemon juice. Cook 1 hour longer.
