1 c. sifted flour
2 c. honey
2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. black coffee
2 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon

Add seedless raisins and walnuts (about 1/2 pound of each). Grease and flour sheet cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven. Test center with toothpick, if it comes out clean it is done.
