LEMON GELATIN CAKE 
CAKE:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1 box lemon cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. milk or lemon juice

Cake: Dissolve gelatin in hot water; set aside. Combine cake mix and oil. Add eggs and dissolved gelatin mixture; mix thoroughly. Add lemon extract. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Glaze: Sift the powdered sugar if lumpy. Blend sugar with the milk or lemon juice and oil. Spoon over cake.
