OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
2 lbs. unpeeled potatoes, quartered
1 env. Lipton Beefy mushroom soup (dehydrated)
1/3 c. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper potatoes. Put potatoes, oil and soup in ziplock bag. Shake to coat well. Place in shallow baking dish and roast uncovered in oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir occasionally.
