MARY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 fryer, cooked & diced 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. celery 1 bell pepper 1 pkg. potato chips 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. broth Boil fryer adding salt and pepper to taste until meat is tender. Remove from pot and dice meat. Cook celery, onion and pepper together until tender. Combine meat, soups and pepper, onion mixture and broth. In casserole dish put layer of crushed potato chips. Add layer of above; repeat, ending with layer of potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
