MARY'S CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
Green onions
Chipped beef
Processed Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. IMO or sour cream

This recipe is for 4 chicken breasts. Double ingredients for 8. Grease shallow baking dish with butter. A 9x13 inch pan is just right for 8.

Layer bottom of pan with 2 inch slices of green onions. Arrange chicken breasts on onions. Top each breast with 1 slice of chipped beef. Then 1 slice of processed Swiss cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup undiluted and IMO or sour cream and pour over all. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250 degrees. Hold with oven off if dinner is late. Serve with rice or potatoes.
