LEMON HONEY CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. fryers
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. paprika

Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or until tender. Turn and baste while cooking.
