BANANA FROZEN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coarsely cut maraschino cherries
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip (much better with reg. whipping cream)
2 c. diced ripe bananas (3 or 4) fully ripe
Salad greens

Soften cheese with fork. Add salt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mix well. Fold in pineapple, cherries and nuts. Whip cream until thick and shiny but not stiff. Fold into cheese mixture, fold in bananas.

Pour into freezing trays. Have indicator at coldest setting, about 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares for serving. Garnish with crisp greens. 8 to 10 servings.
