SUNDAY CHICKEN BAKE 
1 cut up frying chicken
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 env. dry onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste (will not need much salt)
1 tbsp. butter

Heat canned soups and milk. Mix in unwashed rice and pour into shallow pan. Place chicken parts on top of rice mixture; cut sides down. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix and dot with the butter. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours 15 minutes or 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. The 2 hours 15 minutes at 325 degrees allows time for church and have chicken bake done when you arrive home.
