SHARON'S PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple

Mix and spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

1 3/4 c. xxx sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on cooled cake.
