RITZ CRACKER PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. baking powder
Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla flavoring and baking powder; beat again until stiff. Fold in pecans and Ritz crackers. Put in greased pie pan.

Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip.
