ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls
2 tsp. mustard

Saute onion and zucchini in butter. Stir in dry seasonings.

In small bowl combine 2 beaten eggs and cheese. Add egg mixture to zucchini.

Press crescent roll dough into ungreased casserole dish and up sides. Spread crust with mustard. Pour in zucchini mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
