3 eggs, separated
2 cups sugar
3 heaping tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. butter
4 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Cream eggs and sugar until light. Add flour, cocoa, butter, milk and vanilla. Stir well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 350°F until firm (about 25 to 30 minutes).

Makes 2 pies.
