LEMON PORK CHOPS 
Thick cut pork chops
Bread crumbs
Onion flakes
Salt and pepper
1 lemon cut in half

Grease a baking dish. Add chops. Sprinkle with crumbs, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over the chops, cut other half of lemon into thin slices, and put slice on each chop.

Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove foil, bake 20 minutes longer.
