FUDGE CAKE 
3 egg whites
2 c. sugar
3 beaten egg yolks
4 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside. Bread the shortening and sugar. Add and blend well beaten egg yolks. Sift dry ingredients. together and add alternately with the milk. Fold in egg whites and stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Beat until smooth adding a little milk as needed. Add one cup chopped nuts.
