FUDGY BRANDIED TRUFFLES 
12 oz. pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. sweetened milk
1 tsp. brandy extract
3/4 c. ground walnuts (or 1/4 c. cocoa)

In top of double boiler, melt chips, stirring occasionally. Add milk and brandy extract, stir well. Remove from heat, refrigerate mixture for about 30 minutes or until easy to handle. With buttered hands, shape mixture into one inch balls. Roll in nuts or cocoa. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
