JOSEPH'S SUPREME SHELLS AND
CHEESE
 
2 (12 oz. ea.) boxes Velveeta shells and cheese
1-2 ropes smoked sausage (frozen is best)
1/2 bag frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 cup milk

Slice frozen smoked sausage into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices. Place the cut sausage and the broccoli in a large pot of water and heat to boiling.

Once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta shells and cook until tender.

Drain the shells in a colander. While draining the pasta, put the pan back on the stove and heat the cheese sauce and 1/4 cup milk together until it is smooth.

Stir in the pasta/meat mixture and blend well with the cheese.

Let sit for 5 minutes to firm up.
