2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Spray 8 x 8 inch aluminum pan with a vegetable spray and set aside. In a large bowl combine chips and condensed milk, stir to blend and put Saran Wrap on top to cover. Put in microwave for 2 minutes on High. Remove Saran Wrap, stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour in pan - put in refrigerator to cool.
