YOGURT AND FRUIT GELATIN 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. plain yogurt
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
1 sm. banana, sliced (or other fruit)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Soften gelatin in orange juice; heat stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and add yogurt. Stir until smooth. Stir in fruit and vanilla. Pour into serving dish or individual molds. Refrigerate until set.
