BEEF AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of tomato soup
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) corn chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef. Add celery and onions, cook and stir 15 minutes. Stir in soup, corn, beans and seasonings. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with corn chips. Bake 10-15 minutes more or until chips are slightly toasted. 8 servings. Can be mixed up ahead and refrigerated, if you do this it will take a little longer to bake.
