CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 whole chicken breasts
1 rib celery
1 carrot
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (2 oz.) bag broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese

Boil chicken, celery, carrot, onion and salt and pepper to taste until chicken is tender. Let cool and cut into pieces, bite size. Combine mayonnaise, soups, curry and lemon juice. Cook broccoli just until thawed; drain.

Put broccoli in bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Layer chicken, then cheese. Top with soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice cooked in chicken broth.
