MEAT MARINADE 
1/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. powder
Dash ginger

Mix together and pour over any meat to give it a delicious flavor. Pierce meat with a fork and let marinade 1-12 hours in refrigerator, covered, turning every so often.
