ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. pineapple crushed & drained
2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
Cream or milk

Beat oil and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in zucchini, nuts and pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees until tests done. Melt butter, add powdered sugar and cream. Drizzle over done bread or leave plain.
