1/2 c. blue cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green olives
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Dash of paprika
Dash of dry mustard
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Have cheese at room temperature. Mix everything together. Shape into a large log. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
