BROCCOLI AND LETTUCE SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked just until tender
3 eggs, hard boiled & sliced
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. (commercial) Italian salad dressing
1/2 head lettuce, in bite-sized pieces

Drain cooked broccoli and cool. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Combine chopped onion, eggs, broccoli and salad dressing. Marinate at least 1 hour. Add lettuce. Toss well. Add more dressing, if desired.
