MEXICAN RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili mix
1 can chicken broth
1 can green chilies
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. rice
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Sour cream
Tortilla chips
Salsa

Brown beef. Drain grease. Add broth and chili mix. When it comes to a boil, add rice. Turn down heat, add tomato sauce and green chilies. Let simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on bed of lettuce. Garnish with tomatoes, sour cream, chips and salsa.
