LINA LAWES' SCOTCH SCONES | |
1 c. white rice flour 3 c. white flour 1 c. sugar 1 lb. unsalted butter Have butter at room temperature, then blend together all ingredients. Roll up in waxed paper. Put in refrigerator until it can be rolled out between 2 pieces of lightly floured waxed paper. Cut with small cookie cutters and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cookies will be white. WATCH VERY CAREFULLY! |
