BIG EASY BREAKFAST | |
1/4 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2" slices, quartered 1/3 c. oil 4 c. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes 3 Velveeta slices, cut in half diagonally 1/4 c. chopped green pepper Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until light browned. Remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet; heat. Add potatoes and peppers. Cover, cook 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in sausage. Remove from heat; top with cheese, in pinwheel fashion. |
